Each Spring, maple sap is collected from Republic of Vermont's mountain sugarbush and boiled down into maple syrup with unique flavor and unrivaled quality. The high elevation of the maple trees combined with high quality of the soil produce unusually sweet sap which when boiled creates a rich maple syrup with a complex flavor and amazing aroma. Every drop of syrup is boiled, filtered and bottled by hand in Republic of Vermont’s family run mountain sugarhouse.
