Neroli and Chamomile Organic Toner

A calming botanical based skin toner, formulated to sooth and moisturize sensitive skin, while gently cleansing pores and tonifying the skin. 

This non-drying toner is ideal for most skin types, but may be best for sensitive, inflamed, or aging skin.
