MANNA is a working fine jewelry studio and retail shop located in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Here you will find one-of-a-kind fine jewelry pieces (from unique and custom engagement rings, to hand stamped gold initial necklaces, stacker rings, forged bands and studs), ceramics, vintage pieces, quality natural skincare, textiles, men's items, pantry components and an abundance of other provisions for thoughtful living. 

At Manna, our Retail Specialists are responsible for creating and cultivating an exceptional shopping experience and environment for our clientele. They accomplish this with a naturally warm presence, a passion for our products, and a productive efficiency in their daily work.  

The role of the Retail Specialist focuses on all aspects of guest engagement from entry to checkout, while maintaining shop cleanliness, and keeping products well stocked and organized according to Manna’s specific aesthetic.

Our Retail Specialists must be able to quickly learn and retain all details of product knowledge, pricing and maker’s stories, comfortably and eloquently communicating these details to the customer. They will possess the innate ability to customize and tailor the shopping experience to each individual. They will develop a keen sense of Manna’s brand and reflect Manna’s culture to our guests. Our culture being kind, knowledgable, hospitable, safe, respectful and welcoming to every individual who walks through our doors. 

We are looking for confident individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy being part of a team, and who have a passion for all things hand made and ethically sourced, including hand thrown ceramics, natural skincare and forged fine jewelry! 

This position is part time with a consistent schedule. Must have Sunday, Monday and Wednesday availability with flexibility to occasionally cover shifts. Minimum of 15 hours a week with possibility of additional hours.
