Made with the highest quality cacao from Belize. The process began by aging cocoa nibs in bourbon whiskey barrels. Once fully aged, these delicious nibs were used to create a 70% dark chocolate bar adding only cocoa butter and cane sugar. The resulting bar is amazingly robust and complex with pronounced oak and bourbon flavors.
