Matchstick Duo

These natural, elegant match striker jars were hand thrown, sculpted, fired, glazed and decorated by the two hands behind Hands on Ceramics. Crafted using beige stoneware, poured over with porcelain slip, and finished with a smooth, warm white glaze and natural stoneware texture. Each stoneware jar was then notched by hand and fitted with a removable divider, creating a holder for new matches and a discard slot for used ones. Strike anywhere on the un-glazed portion of the jar and the match will light. Matches included.

Food and dishwasher safe.
